Candidate must know how to start meaningful conversations and turn prospects into business opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:

Identify and connect with potential B2B clients.

Drive outbound prospecting through email, cold calling, and LinkedIn .

Research prospects and reach out to key decision-makers.

Understand client needs and present relevant solutions.

Schedule meetings and build a strong sales pipeline.

Manage follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM records.

Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients.

Work closely with the team to improve outreach and conversion.

Consistently work towards lead generation and sales targets .

What we’re looking for:





2+ years of experience in B2B Business Development / Domestic & International Sales .

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in cold calling and email outreach .

A proactive, target-driven approach.

Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar is a plus.
