- Progress toward leadership responsibilities by leading, mentoring, training, and grooming a team of associates.
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and motivate team members to achieve their individual and collective goals.
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, business reviews, and professional development activities.

We are looking for candidates who are:

- Graduates or post-graduates from any educational background or stream.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in sales or marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent in verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and relationship management.
