We are looking for energetic Field Sales & Business Development Executives to develop new business in the assigned city.

Job Responsibilities

- Visit architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and developers.
- Generate new business enquiries and leads.
- Introduce our ACP 3D panels, CNC products, cladding, louvers and other architectural solutions.
- Develop relationships with recent clients.
- Visit project sites whenever required.
- Collect project requirements, measurements, drawings and photographs.
- Coordinate with our design and production team for quotations and proposals.
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations until order confirmation.
- Maintain daily records of market visits, leads and follow-ups.
- Develop a strong network of architects, interior designers, contractors and builders in the assigned territory.

Who Can Apply? We are especially interested in candidates who:

- Are comfortable with extensive field work.
- Have good communication and convincing skills.
- Can independently visit new people and introduce products.
- Are confident in meeting architects, interior designers and contractors.
- Have a two-wheeler and smartphone.
- Are target-oriented and willing to earn through incentives.
- Have previous experience in building materials,



ACP, interiors, furniture, plywood, hardware, glass/aluminium, signage or construction-related sales — preferred but not mandatory.

Freshers with good communication skills and a strong willingness to work in the field can also apply.

Compensation

₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Travel/Field Expenses + Performance Incentives/Commission

Additional performance incentives will be provided for qualified business leads and successfully converted orders.

Compensation may vary depending on experience, performance and suitability.

Travel

Local travel within the assigned city and nearby market areas will be required.

Travel/field expenses will be provided as per company policy.
