About the Role

INCETRIX SECURITY SOLUTIONS is looking for a proactive, results-driven, and enthusiastic Business Development & Digital Marketing Executive to support our business growth by generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and strengthening our digital presence.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology and cybersecurity, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to identify opportunities, engage with potential clients, and convert leads into business.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B business development, cybersecurity sales, digital marketing, client acquisition, and brand building .

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels .
- Research and identify potential clients across relevant industries.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Conduct initial communication with prospects and understand their business and cybersecurity requirements.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions between prospects and the technical/team members.
- Prepare and coordinate proposals, presentations, quotations, and follow-up communications .
- Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline, lead database, and CRM/tracking tools .
- Follow up with prospects and support the conversion of qualified leads into clients.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging cybersecurity requirements, competitors, industries, and potential opportunities.




- Assist in developing business strategies to increase client acquisition and revenue.

Digital Marketing
- Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn page and other relevant social media platforms .
- Create and publish engaging content related to cybersecurity, services, industry trends, awareness, and company activities.
- Assist with website content updates and basic SEO activities .
- Plan and execute email marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
- Monitor digital marketing performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Assist with LinkedIn campaigns, webinars, workshops, events, and promotional activities .
- Support company branding and online visibility initiatives.
- Identify new digital channels and strategies to improve lead generation and brand awareness.

Performance-Based Incentives In addition to the fixed salary, the selected candidate will be eligible for performance-based incentives for successfully acquired business .

Recommended Incentive Structure

- 5% incentive on the net project value for every successfully acquired and closed project.
- 7.5% incentive when the employee exceeds the monthly/quarterly business target.
- 10% incentive for exceptional performance or high-value client acquisitions, subject to company approval.

Example: If the employee successfully acquires a cybersecurity project worth ₹2,00,000 , a 5% incentive would provide an additional ₹10,000 .

For a ₹5,00,000 project , the incentive at 5% would be ₹25,000 .

Incentives are applicable to successfully acquired projects and will be calculated based on the company's approved incentive policy and eligible/realized project revenue. Preferred Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field .
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Digital Marketing, B2B Sales, IT Sales, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office .
- Ability to conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity services is an advantage. Training will be provided where required.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a growth-focused workplace.
