Role Objective:

To generate new business, develop customer relationships, conduct client visits, generate enquiries, follow up on quotations, and convert opportunities into sales across corporate gifting, industrial procurement, safety products, MRO and customized procurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach current corporate and industrial customers.
- Conduct daily client visits and generate qualified enquiries.




- Develop relationships with Purchase, Admin, HR, Facility, EHS and Operations teams.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team for quotations.
- Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into purchase orders.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Research new companies, projects and procurement opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Maintain daily visit, enquiry and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure smooth order execution.
- Participate in customer meetings, product presentations and negotiations.

Required Skills

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and convincing ability.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai/Tamil Nadu.
- Ability to develop new customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and CRM/reporting.
