About the Role

Santosh Manufacturing Units Pvt Ltd is looking for motivated Business Development Associates to grow sales of our B2B interior dcor products, including decorative lighting, panels, and home dcor. This role focuses on converting company-provided leads into customers and developing lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact company-provided leads through calls, messages, and emails to understand their requirements.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits, and recommend suitable products.
- Share catalogues and quotations, address customer queries, and follow up consistently to convert enquiries into orders.
- Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines and close sales.
- Build strong relationships with B2B customers to encourage repeat orders.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and resolution of customer concerns.
- Follow up on payments according to agreed terms.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Share customer feedback to help improve products and service.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and sales-closing skills.
- Ability to manage sales pressure, meet targets, and prioritise follow-ups.
- A customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales reporting tools.
