About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Associate to join our Doctorate Program team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience in Doctorate/PhD program sales, student counselling, lead conversion, and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

● Counsel prospective students regarding Doctorate/PhD programs and guide them based on their academic and career goals.

● Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

● Understand student requirements and recommend suitable Doctorate programs.

● Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to admission conversion.

● Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and maintain solid relationships.





● Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.

● Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

● Handle student queries related to eligibility, programs, fees, admission process, and documentation.

● Work towards improving lead conversion and overall revenue.

Requirements

● 1–2 years of experience in Doctorate/PhD program sales or a closely related education sales segment.

● Candidates currently working in the Doctorate Program segment will be preferred.

● Strong communication, counselling, negotiation, and closing skills.

● Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

● Comfortable handling high-value leads and multiple follow-ups.

● Good understanding of the education/EdTech sales process.

● Proficiency in CRM tools and basic reporting.
