Sales Team - Job Descriptions & Compensation Structure

Location: Dubai, UAE | Work Mode: Full time, Office-Based

Working Days: 5 Days per Week | Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Salary Range: 30000 -,40000 per month + Performance Incentives

POSITION 1: SALES EXECUTIVE - SaaS

Monthly Target: Minimum 25 New Paid Subscriptions

New Sales Commission: 10% after achieving the minimum monthly target

Recurring Commission: 2% after building and maintaining 100 active paid customers

About the Role

PostPulse is looking for energetic, disciplined and target-driven Sales Executives who can identify potential customers, communicate the value of PostPulse, demonstrate the platform and convert prospects into paying subscribers. The role covers the complete sales journey from prospecting and initial contact to demonstration,

follow-up, closing and onboarding coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and direct outreach.
- Research and identify businesses that can benefit from PostPulse.
- Connect with founders, business owners,



marketing managers and relevant decision-makers.
- Understand prospect requirements and identify suitable PostPulse use cases.
- Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations.
- Explain PostPulse features, pricing and business benefits clearly.
- Maintain disciplined and consistent follow-ups.
- Handle objections, commercial discussions and basic negotiations.
- Convert qualified prospects into paid PostPulse subscribers.
- Coordinate with onboarding and support teams after closing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, demos, follow-ups, conversions and payments.
- Develop referrals and additional opportunities from existing customers.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets.

Primary KPI 25 RECENT PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS PER MONT

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
