Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruppattur. In this position, the associate identifies and cultivates recent business opportunities, builds relationships with educational institutions and other partners, and supports the expansion of Cornixe Edutech’s products and services. Typical tasks include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering presentations, and participating in client meetings and outreach activities.

The role involves maintaining CRM records, collaborating with internal teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals, and providing regular reports on pipeline status and market trends.



The associate is expected to work closely with management to support growth strategies and achieve defined sales and partnership targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and be comfortable creating and delivering impactful Presentations to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing potential clients or partners.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the education sector.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with stakeholders and internal teams.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles, preferably in edtech or education services, is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Tiruppattur, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools, along with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
