About ImpactGuru

ImpactGuru is a healthcare-focused crowdfunding platform that helps patients and families raise funds for medical emergencies and other social-impact causes. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with hospitals, doctors, patients, families and fundraisers.

What You’ll Do

- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors and healthcare partners to generate leads.
- Engage with patients/families and support them through the fundraising journey.
- Guide fundraisers in creating compelling campaigns, including storytelling, documentation and campaign structuring.
- Drive campaign outreach through WhatsApp, social media and email.
- Support fundraisers in improving campaign visibility and donations.
- Coordinate with internal Marketing, Operations and Customer Success teams.
- Track daily funnel metrics including leads, conversions, funds raised and campaign performance.
- Stay updated on market trends and developments in the crowdfunding space.

What We’re Looking For




- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Success or Partnerships.
- Experience in healthcare, fintech, startups or social-impact organisations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of empathy and emotional intelligence, especially when interacting with patients and families.
- Solid persuasion and relationship-building ability.
- Target-oriented with a strong ownership mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to MS Excel / CRM tools is a plus.

Ideal Candidate Someone who enjoys field-based business development, building hospital/doctor relationships, interacting with patients and families, generating leads and taking ownership of the conversion journey.

Chennai candidates: Hindi-speaking ability, gender preference and willingness to travel/bike requirement will be considered based on the specific hospital territory.

Bengaluru: Candidates open to hospital-based field sales/BD, including territories around HCG Hospital / Shri Sankara and Kauvery Hospital –

- Electronic City, will be considered.
