CarePal Money is a healthcare-focused lending platform providing patient-centric financing solutions through partnerships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and regulated financial institutions.
We are looking for a Business Development Associate who can build strong hospital relationships and drive patient financing and crowdfunding referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres as partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospital management, doctors, finance teams and patient coordinators.
- Conduct regular hospital visits and field meetings.
- Create awareness of medical financing and crowdfunding solutions within partner hospitals.
- Engage with patients and families to understand their financial requirements.
- Generate and convert leads for medical loans and crowdfunding.
- Assist patients with documentation and the digital application process.
- Drive patient referrals through hospital staff and coordinators.
- Coordinate with internal sales, credit and operations teams for timely lead closure.
- Track leads, referrals,
conversions and disbursals using CRM/digital tools.
- Achieve assigned business and referral targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA is a plus.
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Partnerships.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, fintech, lending, insurance or financial services preferred.
- Strong hospital relationship management or healthcare sales exposure will be an advantage.
- Experience with medical financing / healthcare loans / fintech lending is highly preferred.
- Crowdfunding experience is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Comfortable with regular local travel and hospital visits.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, mobile apps and digital onboarding.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented, self-driven and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
