Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and qualify company-provided leads
- Connect with Founders, CXOs, HR Heads and Business Owners
- Understand client requirements and HR challenges
- Conduct solution-based consultations and presentations
- Pitch HR Outsourcing, Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance, HRMS and HR Audit solutions
- Manage follow-ups, proposals, negotiations and closures
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, HR Services, SaaS or Consulting
- Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills
- Confident in dealing with senior decision-makers
- Target-oriented and commercially driven approach
