Role Description The Business Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, focused on supporting business growth and customer engagement for Shriram Life Insurance.

Responsibilities include assisting with financial and business analysis, tracking performance metrics, and preparing reports to support decision-making. The role involves interacting with customers and partners, explaining products and services,



and ensuring a positive service experience aligned with the company’s customer-centric approach.

The Business

Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to local marketing and sales initiatives, and help implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate performance, and support business decisions.
- Knowledge of Finance and Business fundamentals, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Effective Communication abilities for clear interaction with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Customer Service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and solution-driven support.
