Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and translating business needs into clear functional requirements for the technical team.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Conduct requirement-gathering meetings and stakeholder discussions.
- Analyze existing systems and recommend process/system improvements.
- Support UAT, prepare test scenarios, and coordinate with users for validation.
- Track requirements, changes, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.




- Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in preparing BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio/draw.io.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred: Candidates who have experience working on IT/software projects, ERP applications, web/mobile applications, or business process automation.
