We are hiring a Business Analyst (Strategy & Analytics) at Indian Express Digital. This is a work-from-office role based in Noida. The role works across planning, KRA design and tracking, audience analytics, subscription and revenue modelling, and management reporting - across India s most widely read news brands.

Indian Express Digital is in active transformation - rebuilding how we measure editorial performance, growing subscription revenue, and integrating AI into how we make and distribute journalism. The analyst in this role will work at that intersection: not just tracking what is happening but helping leadership understand what it means and what to do next.

What the role involves

- Working with business heads on quarterly and annual planning cycles.
- Designing KRA frameworks that are measurable and tracking performance against them.
- Analysing audience behaviour and content performance across properties.
- Supporting subscription and revenue modelling, including churn, conversion, and scenario analysis.




- Building management presentations that translate complex data into clear decisions.
- Coordinating across editorial, product, and revenue teams.

What we are looking for

- Two to five years of experience in a rigorous analytical role.
- Robust with numbers and financial modelling.
- Clear written and verbal communication - the ability to present analysis to senior leadership matters as much as the analysis itself.
- Background in consulting, consumer internet, fintech, FMCG, or any environment were data drives decisions.
- Media experience is a plus, not a requirement.
