We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of technology and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gathering business requirements, process analysis and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring that business needs are translated into effective solutions.

This role requires a solid understanding of business analysis methodologies and experience working closely with cross-functional teams, product owners and IT stakeholders. This position also plays a foundational role in shaping the formal Business Analysis function within Pronteff, with room for growth

Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Document functional and non-functional requirements in BRDs, FRDs and user stories
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and communicate them to development teams
- Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings and product demos




- Support the project lifecycle from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Create workflow diagrams, wireframes and process documentation using tools like Visio
- Work closely with QA teams to define test scenarios and support UAT
- Track project progress, identify risks and escalate issues as needed
- Prepare and present progress reports and business cases to leadership
- Promote best practices in requirements gathering, change management and process improvement

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital environments
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with documentation tools (Confluence, JIRA, MS Office, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams and functions
- Familiarity with business intelligence or data analysis tools is a plus
