We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving business and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, referrals, online platforms, and other sources.
- Conduct outbound calls and communicate with prospective clients to understand their business requirements.
- Explain company products/services and effectively communicate their benefits.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain strong and skilled relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Meet assigned sales, revenue, and lead-conversion targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other required sales documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM/ERP systems.
- Track sales activities, follow-ups, and conversion status.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve basic customer queries.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in BBA, MBA, B.Com, or any relevant field.
- Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude can also apply.
