We are looking for a Business Analyst to bring structure to QUA’s business data and help make better, faster decisions. You will work across sales, marketing, inventory, product and finance to consolidate data, build dashboards and uncover insights that directly impact business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Consolidate and organise data across sales, marketing, e-commerce, inventory and finance to create reliable sources of truth.
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualisations to improve business visibility and decision-making.
- Analyse sales, customer, marketing, product, inventory and financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyse brand, category, and product level performance to identify growth and profitability opportunities.
- Develop business reports and analysis for founders and functional teams.
- Identify gaps, anomalies and inefficiencies in business performance and investigate their underlying causes.
- Support sales forecasting, inventory planning, budgeting and scenario analysis.




- Work with different teams to define metrics, improve data quality and create reliable sources of truth.

What We're Looking For

- 2-3 years of experience in business analytics, FP&A; or a similar analytical role.
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, retail or consumer businesses.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with BI and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or similar.
- Hands-on experience in unit economics, contribution margins, and profitability analysis.
- Comfort working with large, messy datasets and building dashboards and MIS reports.
