Role & responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from Oil & Gas stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technical/IT teams.
- Manage end-to-end projects, including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across upstream, midstream, or downstream operations.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements/digital solutions.
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables.
- Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, UAT, and stakeholder reviews.
- Track project progress and provide regular status reports to leadership.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
