We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst – Post Sales with a strong background in web and mobile app development to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent client-handling skills and a deep understanding of technical requirements and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Strong technical knowledge of web and mobile app development .

✅ Experience in online bidding on platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, and PPH .

✅ Ability to lead technical/domain/module teams effectively.

✅ Work on international projects , engaging directly with global clients.

✅ Develop and mentor teams to create a motivated and high-performing work setting.

✅ Draft project proposals , collaborate with teams for release planning,



and ensure timely delivery.

✅ Plan, execute, and monitor projects while maintaining quality standards.

✅ Work closely with Agile development teams and ensure smooth project execution.

✅ Prepare documentation such as use cases, BRDs, FRS, technical design documents, and status reports .

✅ Effectively communicate with clients to assess inquiries, coordinate with technical managers, estimate project scope, and create formal proposals.

✅ Handle project planning, client interactions, and technical coordination.
