Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day IT project activities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Gather and document business requirements; prepare/review BRD, SRS, process flows, and functional documents.
- Coordinate with IT/consultant teams for software development, configuration, integration, and deployment.
- Support system testing, UAT, data migration, validation, and go-live activities.
- Coordinate user training, prepare user manuals/SOPs, and support adoption of recent systems.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and maintain project trackers.
- Provide end-user support, track helpdesk tickets, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Prepare project status reports, MIS reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for project-related activities and stakeholder coordination.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
