We are seeking an energetic and highly analytical BA cum BD Trainee to join our growth team. This unique role is designed for a multi-faceted qualified who can leverage data insights to uncover market opportunities and convert those insights into tangible business revenue.

During this training period, you will receive hands-on mentorship spanning business data analysis, requirement gathering, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis (BA) Duties (40%)

- Requirement Gathering: Assist in understanding client business models, workflows, and operational objectives to design tailored technical or commercial solutions.
- Data Analysis: Use tools like MS Excel and basic SQL to analyze market trends, client datasets, and internal performance metrics.
- Documentation: Help create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs), process flowcharts, and system manuals.
- Competitor Research: Conduct structured market research to analyze competitor offerings, pricing strategies,



and market positioning.

2. Business Development (BD) Duties (60%)

- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential business leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn, and corporate networks.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions, lead statuses, and touch points.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a high degree of confidence in public speaking or cold-outreach environments.
- A strong problem-solving mindset, data-driven reasoning, and an eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced target-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), Computer Science/IT (BCA/B.Sc), Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), or an MBA
