As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a crucial bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Qualifications

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
- Proven expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Experience preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Strong analytical,



problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, facilitating iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, distributed team environment, demonstrating strong self-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Elicit, define, and prioritize both functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications and digital products.
- Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases to guide development teams.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the product lifecycle to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and tested.
- Support solution design,



feature validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and facilitate smooth production rollouts.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, extract business insights, and support decision-making processes.
- Assist in change management activities, including process documentation and training material development.
- Ensure that delivered solutions meet business objectives, customer expectations, and project scope, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
