Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in Noida for professionals with approximately 4–5 years of experience.

The Business

Analyst will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear functional specifications. The role involves mapping and optimizing business processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, and supporting the design of AI-driven automation and analytics solutions. The individual will collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams, prepare user stories and process flows, and assist in testing and validating solutions against business objectives. Regular reporting, stakeholder communication, and support for change management and user training are also part of the day-to-day responsibilities.





Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Business Analysis to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to work with Business Processes , including mapping, optimization, and documentation of workflows across functions.
- Experience in gathering and managing Business Requirements , creating clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Effective Communication skills, including stakeholder engagement, requirements workshops, and presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- 4–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in technology, SaaS, or data/analytics-driven environments.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or analytics tools and the ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams.
- Proficiency with documentation and visualization tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, Confluence, JIRA, flowchart or diagramming tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., IIBA, Scrum, Agile BA) are an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced, growth-focused environment.
