Business Development Executive / Senior IT Bidder

We are looking for an experienced business development executive/senior IT bidder with strong expertise in bidding, lead generation, client acquisition, and IT sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating business through online platforms and handling international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through online bidding platforms.
- Manage and submit proposals on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
- Identify, qualify, and convert potential clients into business opportunities.
- Handle communication and negotiations with international clients.
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals,



follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT bidding / business development / IT sales.
- Strong hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other bidding platforms.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing IT projects.
- Solid knowledge of IT services and software development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete business development process.
- Existing client relationships/network will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working in a night shift (6 PM – 3 AM).
