We are looking for a senior, sharp and hungry business development professional to join The Metafluencers and take our brand partnerships to the next level.

We are not looking for someone who simply follows leads.

We are looking for someone who creates them.

Someone who knows the brand ecosystem, understands what makes marketers tick and has the confidence, network and hustle to get brands on board.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

New Business

Identify and bring in new brands across categories such as smartphones, technology, beauty, lifestyle, fashion, FMCG, automotive, food & beverage and consumer brands.

Brand Relationships

Build relationships with Brand Managers, Marketing Heads, Digital Heads, Media Teams and CXOs.

Winning Pitches

Understand what a brand wants to achieve and work with our strategy and creator teams to turn that into a compelling influencer marketing proposition.

Close Business

Own the journey from prospecting → meeting → brief → pitch → negotiation → closure.

Build the Pipeline

Create a strong, predictable pipeline of brands and agencies rather than depend only on incoming enquiries.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Someone with 5+ years of proven experience in business development, brand partnerships, influencer marketing, digital marketing, media, advertising or an agency environment.

But here’s the thing

Experience matters. Hunger matters more.

We’d love to meet you if you:





- Already have strong relationships with brands and agencies
- Have personally brought new clients into your organisation
- Understand influencer marketing beyond just posting on Instagram
- Know how brands think, plan and spend
- Can walk into a meeting with a senior marketer and hold your own
- Are excellent at pitching, negotiating and closing
- Have the confidence to make the first call and the persistence to make the tenth
- Are plugged into the creator economy and understand where it is heading
