About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious, consumer-obsessed Marketing Manager to own our brand narrative and fuel our aggressive expansion in Bangalore. As a fast-growing D2C dessert brand and cafe chain, we are scaling both our digital storefront and physical presence. You will lead 360-degree brand communications, oversee agency partners, and drive hyper-local footfall alongside D2C growth.

Responsibilities

- Agency Leadership

Manage, align, and hold multiple external agencies accountable across creative, social, performance marketing, and PR to deliver cohesive brand execution.
- Cafe Launches & Local Marketing

Design and execute high-impact launch campaigns, local activations, and footfall-driving initiatives for new cafe outlets in Bangalore.
- D2C & Campaign Strategy

Collaborate with growth teams to align brand campaigns with digital customer acquisition, festive push strategies, seasonal offerings, unique drops and product launches.
- Content & Influencer Ecosystem

Build high-engagement influencer programs, oversee social content,



and maintain strict brand voice consistency across all touchpoints. Continuously lower CAC and improve communications ROI. This includes goal mapping across agencies, gathering report, reviewing, disseminating info, offering feedback and continuously improving marketing ROI.

Qualifications

Required Skills

- 4–6 years of core marketing experience, preferably within F&B;, D2C, retail, or consumer lifestyle brands in India.
- Proven track record of managing multi-agency relationships and running detailed communications mandates.
- Experience in digital-first D2C marketing and offline local activations.
- Some understanding of the Bangalore market and modern consumer trends in the F&B; sector.
- Strong project management skills with a data-informed, execution-first mindset.
- Experienced in writing explicit briefs and ensuring on-brief and on-time execution.
