About KisanKraft
KisanKraft Limited is a leading Bengaluru-headquartered agricultural equipment and power tools company, dedicated to empowering farmers across India with modern, affordable farm mechanization solutions. With a 46-acre manufacturing facility in Nellore, 14 branch offices, a dealer network of 5,000+ partners across the country, and exports to 19+ countries, KisanKraft is committed to driving productivity and innovation in the agricultural sector.
About the Role
We're looking for an energetic, versatile, and strategic Brand Manager to drive the company's brand presence across ATL, BTL, Digital Marketing, and PR. The role calls for a strong blend of creative thinking, strategic planning, and hands-on execution to build brand visibility, positioning, and engagement across farmer, dealer, and institutional audiences.
The ideal candidate has a genuine interest in the agricultural sector and rural economy and is willing to travel to calibrate branding efforts on the ground. You should be a self-motivated leader, comfortable managing your own team, collaborating across divisions, and working with external agencies on PR and branding.
You will lead all digital marketing activities for the brand — SEO, performance marketing, social media, influencer and affiliate marketing, and content creation — with an in-house team of graphic designers and videographers, external support for performance marketing, and backing from our sales, service, CRM, and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Creative Direction
- Own creative and strategic decisions that align with company goals, objectives, and budget.
- Lead idea development to create compelling, inspiring campaigns that drive audience response.
- Develop branding collateral for digital platforms (graphics, videos, articles) and traditional formats (catalogues, brochures, diaries, calendars, wall paintings, signboards, flex banners, posters).
- Conceptualize campaigns for in-store and exclusive-store branding, including product branding, logo placement, colour schemes, packaging, and user manuals.
- Ensure consistent branding across online and offline channels.
2. Digital Marketing, E-commerce & Performance
- Performance Marketing & SEO: Execute and scale paid ad campaigns across Google and Meta; use keyword research and Google Search Console to monitor and improve search visibility.
- E-commerce & Web Optimization: Manage website aesthetics and user experience — page layouts, imagery, and copywriting — to improve conversion rates.
- Social Media & Brand Growth: Plan and execute a consistent social media calendar to expand community reach and organic engagement.
3.
Offline
Retail & BTL Execution
- Manage setup operations for new retail outlet openings.
- Participate in branding activities such as online campaigns, mobile showroom (display truck) tours, field demonstrations, exhibitions,
TV/radio ads, and other promotional activities.
- Coordinate end-to-end design and nationwide fulfilment of physical print materials for regional teams.
- Support company events — season kick-offs, annual dealer meetings, technician and farmer meetings, press meetings, etc.
- Visit dealers regularly to strengthen in-store and neighbourhood branding.
4. Team Leadership
- Manage the in-house creative pod — two graphic designers and one video editor — directing day-to-day operations and workflows.
- Work with external agencies on ATL, BTL, digital, and PR activities to strengthen KisanKraft's image among farmers, dealers, and government stakeholders.
- Build the team: recruit, train, and continuously raise the bar.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Market Intelligence
- Align the organization around a consistent marketing direction and product line strategy.
- Analyze brand positioning through market research, dealer and exhibition visits, consumer insights, and competitor tracking to identify opportunities and issues.
- Partner closely with the sales team to map branding activities to crops and seasons, ensuring strategy stays in sync with crop data across regions.
6.
Performance
Tracking & Reporting
- Track and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns and branding activities, including progress of your team and external agencies, to management.
- Stay flexible to take on new assignments as business priorities shift.
Travel Occasional travel is required to visit exhibitions, customers, and farmer events.
