What Youll Be Doing:

- Develop & execute brand strategy and positioning.
- Lead 360 marketing campaigns across digital, social & influencer channels.
- Drive product launches & go-to-market strategies.
- Understand market trends, consumer insights & competitor landscape.
- Build impactful content and brand communication.
- Lead and guide the Influencer Marketing team with strategic direction, creative inputs and campaign ideas.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing and cross-functional teams.
- Track campaign performance, ROI, brand awareness & sales growth.

What Were Looking For: 5-8 years of experience in Brand Management.

Experience in Beauty / Cosmetics / Personal Care preferred.

Robust understanding of Digital Marketing & Influencer Ecosystem.

Excellent communication, analytical & project management skills.

Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.

Bachelors degree with relevant experience.
