Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Brand Designer role based in Mumbai.

The Brand

Designer will develop and refine visual identities for brands, including logos, typography, color palettes, and design systems. Daily responsibilities include creating graphic assets for print and digital use, preparing presentation decks, and collaborating with the creative team to translate brand strategies into effective design solutions. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their business objectives,



presenting design concepts, and iterating based on feedback.

The Brand

Designer will also ensure consistency of brand application across packaging, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Brand Identity and Brand Design, with experience creating cohesive visual systems.
- Proficiency in Visual Design and Graphic Design for both print and digital media.
- Demonstrated understanding of Branding and how design supports brand strategy and positioning.
- Advanced ability with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- A portfolio showcasing thoughtful brand projects, typography, layout, and illustration work.
- Ability to interpret briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a cooperative studio environment.
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting work to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Formal education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
