About the Role

You will take a creative, proactive 'LAUNCH' approach to talent acquisition—driving hype across social media, community groups, and personal networks to connect stellar talent with career-defining roles.

What You'll Do (The LAUNCH Approach )

L — LinkedIn: Build buzz and post high-converting, magnetic content to capture qualified talent on LinkedIn.

A — Agencies & Portals (Naukri, Indeed): Maximize reach across job portals and agency channels to keep the applicant pipeline pumping.

U — User Messaging (WhatsApp Status & Direct Outreach): Engage directly with snappy status updates and personalized outreach that drives instant action.

N — Network Groups (WhatsApp Groups & Communities): Tap into lively community chats and groups to spark word-of-mouth excitement for every role.

C — Company Career Page: Showcase openings seamlessly, guiding top candidates straight to our official career hub.

H — Hire / Track (Log link in ATS/tracker): Keep candidate momentum organized by logging links and tracking every lead effortlessly in our ATS.

Track the Momentum: Maintain an organized pipeline tracker so no candidate or referral gets left behind

Who We're Looking For A natural connector who thrives on building relationships, active in digital communities, and excited to engage audiences

Social media-savvy with an eye for scroll-stopping visuals, broadcast strategies, and catchy copy

Proactive, persistent, and full of creative energy to keep recruitment campaigns buzzworthy

Comfortable leveraging generative AI and digital platforms to streamline messaging and content creation

Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or a related field
