This role is well suited for an early-career professional who is interested in developing solid account management and client servicing skills while gaining hands-on exposure to campaign execution, performance tracking, and account growth. You will work closely with senior team members and internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery, strong client relationships, and timely execution of account requirements.

Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Support the day-to-day management and servicing of assigned client accounts.

- Act as a point of contact for routine client queries, updates, coordination, and follow-ups.
- Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, objectives, requirements, and commercial priorities.
- Maintain professional and consistent communication with clients.
- Translate client briefs into campaign plans, timelines, requirements, and action items.
- Coordinate with internal partnership, creator, influencer, operations, and analytics teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Track campaign progress, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
- Proactively identify and flag execution issues, delays, and potential risks.
- Assist with tracking revenue, GMV, campaign performance, and other account metrics.
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly client reports and business reviews.
- Analyse basic performance trends and identify gaps or areas requiring attention.
- Maintain accurate account trackers, documentation, action items,



and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve day-to-day account and campaign-related issues.
- Support commercial and operational commitments associated with assigned accounts.
- Escalate significant client concerns, risks, or delivery issues to senior team members.
- Gradually take ownership of larger account responsibilities and work toward independent account management. WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT - 0–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, customer success, business coordination, or a related field.
- Exposure to influencer marketing, creator marketing, affiliate marketing, or partnership-driven businesses is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce, D2C, digital marketing, marketplaces, or quick commerce is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach to client interactions.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and basic performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, client requirements, and internal dependencies simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Proactive approach to identifying issues, following up on deliverables, and ensuring timely execution.
- Willingness to learn account management, campaign execution, performance analysis, and client growth strategies.
