job Responsibilities: Work through the Bancassurance Channel at the assigned Axis Bank branch. Handle customers and understand their insurance and financial requirements. Explain and sell suitable Life Insurance products to bank customers.

Generate business through branch leads and customer referrals. Coordinate with Axis Bank branch staff for lead generation and business development. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.

Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives. Complete required documentation and maintain proper sales records.

Candidate Requirements

Prior experience in Life Insurance Sales or BFSI Sales is preferred. Candidates with BFSI sales experience and exposure to Life Insurance will be considered. Good understanding of Life Insurance products. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer handling and sales-oriented approach. Stable career history with no major employment gaps.

Maximum age: 33 years. Candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.
