Branch Manager Key Responsibilities

- Revenue & Admissions: Drive branch targets, admissions, revenue, retention, lead conversion and follow-ups.

- Marketing: Conduct local marketing, seminars, school/college visits and promotional activities.

- Operations: Manage daily branch operations, infrastructure, logistics, administration and SOP compliance.

- Student & Academic: Ensure smooth academic delivery, student satisfaction and resolve parent/student concerns.

- Team Management: Hire, train, motivate and monitor counselors, admin and academic teams.

- Reporting & Performance: Track admissions, revenue and performance metrics; prepare reports and take corrective actions.
