To provide action plan for increasing market shares after analysis and ensure the growth under planned budgets.
SKU growth, Individual Brands target achievement, brand building activities and Inactive dealer conversion.
To check the Dealer health system and continuously replace weak and attitudinally weak Dealers.
To expand dealer base by new dealer appointments in across markets.
To exercise financial discipline.
People Development
Setting stretching and achievable KRAs s to team.
Provide clear benchmarking on performance levels and expectations.
