Role: Branch Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 10+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular visits and proactive engagement.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Develop and implement processes to reduce operational costs and improve productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in sales and business development of Industrial consumable products such as Bearings, Chains, Couplings, Gearboxes, Lubricants, Pneumatics etc.
- Previous experience of managing a branch is preferred.
- A Very good mechanical aptitude to provide solutions to the problems/issues faced by the Industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to visit customers and address their requirements on-site.
- Graduates in any discipline (Diploma or Degree in Engineering is preferred) with fluency in English and the local language.
