Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, target-oriented and experienced Branch Head to manage the overall operations of a TYCUM SOLAR branch. The selected candidate will lead the local team, generate business, develop customer and channel relationships, coordinate solar installations and ensure that branch targets and service standards are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase solar sales within the assigned district.
- Generate leads from residential, commercial and industrial customers.
- Recruit, train, supervise and motivate sales and field employees.
- Assign daily targets and monitor individual and team performance.
- Build relationships with dealers, architects, builders, electricians, business owners and local institutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits and solar awareness activities.
- Explain solar products, government subsidies, financing options, warranties and projected savings to customers.
- Coordinate site surveys, documentation, loan processing, installation and commissioning.




- Work with the technical team to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
- Assist customers with electricity-department procedures and required documentation.
- Maintain branch records, customer data, sales reports, expenses and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure excellent after-sales service and timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Organise local marketing campaigns, promotional events and lead-generation activities.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism and compliance with company policies.
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports to the Head Office.
- Take complete responsibility for the branch’s sales, operations and profitability.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- MBA or solar-industry experience will be preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, branch operations or team management.
- Experience in solar, renewable energy, electrical products, banking, insurance, real estate or consumer finance will be an advantage.
- Solid leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage employees and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Good understanding of the local market and business community.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems and digital reporting.
- Proficiency in Hindi; working knowledge of English is preferred.




- Willingness to travel within the assigned district.
- Candidates with their own two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.
