- 3 to 5 years: hands-on L2 support with sound troubleshooting skills and exposure to routine platform administration.
- 7 to 10 years: robust L3/platform administration expertise, ownership of upgrades and complex incidents, and ability to mentor junior engineers.
- Strong analytical, documentation and customer communication skills, with the ability to work calmly during critical outages.
- Willingness to work from Hyderabad in rotational shifts and participate in weekend or on-call support when required.
