We are looking for an experienced BPM Lead with a strong .NET development background to lead the design, development, implementation, and delivery of Business Process Management (BPM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of BPM solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable BPM workflows and technical solutions.

- Design and develop applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, and Web APIs.

- Integrate BPM solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems.

- Participate in architecture, design, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

- Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

- Drive development activities following Agile and SDLC best practices.





- Mentor team members and ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards.

Required Skills

- 810 years of experience in software development and technical leadership.

- Strong experience in BPM/Workflow solutions.

- Solid hands-on experience in C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET.

- Experience with REST APIs/Web Services and enterprise application integration.

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, SQL queries, stored procedures, and database design.

- Experience with OOP, design patterns, and software architecture principles.

- Knowledge of Git/version control and CI/CD.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Preferred: Experience with BPM platforms, workflow automation, Azure/Cloud, microservices, and DevOps.
