Experience: 10+ years of experience in Automotive Software Development, preferably in Body or Thermal Management domains.

Technical Skills & Expertise

In-depth knowledge of automotive body systems, including:

Central locking

Anti-theft systems

Power windows

Interior & exterior lighting

Comfort & convenience features

OR

Thermal Management Systems, including:

Cabin temperature control

Battery temperature management

Electro-machine cooling

Solid expertise in Body Control Module (BCM) architecture, design, and system integration.

Hands-on experience in Model-Based Development (MBD) using MATLAB/Simulink.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and mentor team members; provide technical guidance and support.

Drive end-to-end feature development, from requirements to validation.

Break down features into tasks aligned with SDLC best practices.





Act as a solution provider for complex technical challenges.

Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and testing teams across global locations.

Handle customer interactions, technical discussions, and reviews.

Ensure compliance with functional safety and quality standards.

Actively participate in Agile project execution, including:

Story-point-based task estimation

Sprint planning and reviews

Soft Skills & Collaboration

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation capabilities, particularly in:

Requirement management

Technical documentation and reports

Proven ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
