- Process: Blended Support – Voice + Customer Service
- Client: Netherlands-Based Homecare Brand
- CTC: Up to ₹4.60 LPA
- In-Hand Salary: Approx. ₹31,000/month
- Qualification: Graduates Only
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience
- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Transport: Both-Side Cabs
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries for a premium Netherlands-based Homecare Brand
- Assist customers with service-related enquiries and general concerns
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information
- Provide appropriate resolutions while maintaining service quality
- Handle customer interactions professionally across voice and support channels
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach throughout every interaction
- Deliver a premium customer experience in line with process and quality standards
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Excellent customer-handling and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling customer interactions in a rapid-paced environment
- Ability to understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners only

Candidates requiring relocation to Gurgaon will NOT be considered.

Salary & Benefits
- CTC up to ₹4.60 LPA
