- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / MEP Engineering or relevant qualification.
- Candidates with relevant BIM + Quantity Surveying experience in MEP projects are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review MEP quantity take-offs and BOQs using BIM models and drawings.
- Extract quantities for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and other MEP services.
- Develop and maintain accurate BIM-based quantity estimates.
- Review MEP drawings and BIM models to identify quantity discrepancies and clashes.
- Assist in cost estimation, material take-offs and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and project teams.
- Compare BOQ quantities with actual site requirements and project drawings.
- Support preparation of variation statements, rate analysis and cost reports.
- Ensure quantity calculations and project documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Participate in project/site meetings and provide QS-related technical support.
