About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeller – MEP to join our team in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models and MEP drawings while coordinating with engineering and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for MEP services using Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Prepare detailed MEP layouts, drawings, and documentation as per project requirements.
- Model HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other MEP systems as applicable.
- Coordinate MEP models with Architectural and Structural models.
- Identify and assist in resolving clashes and coordination issues.
- Prepare plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and details from BIM models.
- Follow project BIM standards, modelling guidelines, naming conventions, and LOD requirements.
- Incorporate design changes and maintain model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with BIM Engineers, Designers, Architects, and other project stakeholders.
- Support the team in preparing shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built models.
- Ensure drawings and models are delivered within project timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Understanding of MEP systems and construction drawings.




- Basic knowledge of BIM modelling and coordination.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Basic understanding of Clash Detection and Coordination.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet project deadlines.

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering discipline.
- Candidates with relevant BIM/MEP certification will be an added advantage.

Experience1–2 years of relevant experience in BIM/MEP modelling, preferably in building construction, MEP consultancy, or engineering projects. Preferred

- Experience working on commercial, residential, hospital, hotel, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows, LOD, and project documentation standards.
