Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Biochemist with 5+ years of hands-on experience in biochemical analysis, laboratory testing, method development, and research. The candidate will be responsible for conducting biochemical experiments, analyzing samples, maintaining laboratory standards, and ensuring accurate and reliable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform biochemical and molecular biology experiments and laboratory analyses.
- Conduct testing of biological, chemical, and clinical/industrial samples as applicable.
- Develop, optimize, validate, and troubleshoot analytical methods.
- Perform techniques such as ELISA, PCR, spectrophotometry, chromatography, electrophoresis, enzyme assays, and other relevant biochemical procedures.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data and prepare technical reports.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, SOPs, test reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GLP/GMP/ISO and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments.
- Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results, deviations, and analytical discrepancies.
- Support research projects, product development, and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain laboratory safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Quality Control,



Quality Assurance, and other cross-functional teams.
- Train and guide junior laboratory personnel when required.

Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (M.Sc./M.Tech) in Biochemistry,
- 5+ years of relevant industry/laboratory experience.
- Strong knowledge of biochemical analysis and laboratory techniques.
- Experience with laboratory instruments and analytical methods.
- Good understanding of quality systems, documentation, and laboratory safety.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, diagnostics, food, nutraceuticals, or related industries.
- Experience in method validation, stability studies, and analytical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with LIMS and laboratory documentation systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
