Job Title: BIM Modeler

:

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler to support our engineering and project teams in developing accurate 3D BIM models and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and update 3D BIM models based on engineering drawings and project requirements.

- Prepare detailed drawings and documentation using BIM software.

- Coordinate BIM models with other engineering disciplines.

- Identify and resolve clashes and modeling issues.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, or a related field.

- Experience in BIM modeling and coordination.

- Proficiency in relevant BIM software such as

Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD

, or equivalent.

- Good understanding of engineering drawings and technical documentation.

- Solid attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
