BIM Architect (B.Arch Required) /n Full-time | Work From Office | Kolkata, West Bengal | 3+ Years of Experience /n Company Description /n Salient is a multidisciplinary design practice working across architecture, landscape, interiors, urban design, and master planning. /n We are looking for a BIM Architect with a B.Arch qualification, strong architectural and technical understanding, and hands-on experience in developing architectural building models in Autodesk Revit. /n Role Description /n The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing architectural building models in Revit, preparing coordinated architectural documentation, and supporting multidisciplinary coordination across different stages of a project. /n The role requires a sound understanding of architecture, building systems, construction drawings, detailing, and BIM-based project workflows. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Develop architectural building models in Autodesk Revit from design development through construction documentation

/n

- Prepare coordinated architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, and documentation from BIM models

/n





- Develop and maintain accurate architectural model information across different project stages

/n

- Translate architectural design intent into accurate BIM models and construction documentation

/n

- Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other consultant models

/n

- Identify and resolve model clashes, coordination issues, and documentation inconsistencies

/n

- Maintain BIM standards, model organisation, accuracy, and consistency across project deliverables

/n

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal project teams throughout the design and documentation process

/n /n Qualifications /n /n

- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory

/n

- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience

/n

- Proficiency in developing architectural building models in Autodesk Revit

/n

- Robust understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, building systems, and construction documentation

/n

- Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination will be preferred

/n

- Candidates from Civil Engineering backgrounds without a B.Arch qualification will not be considered for this position
