Position: Billing & Planning Civil Engineer – Construction

Experience: 3–6 Years – Experienced Candidates Only

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Location: Spine Road, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune – On-site

Salary: As per market standards & experience

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer currently based in Pune to join our construction team. The candidate should be comfortable working full-time on-site at our project located on Spine Road, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune.

The role will involve managing site planning, material procurement, billing and project cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and regularly update the construction schedule and track project progress.
- Coordinate with site teams and contractors to ensure timely execution.
- Handle procurement of construction materials, including quotations, negotiations, POs and deliveries.
- Monitor material consumption and maintain material reconciliation.
- Prepare and verify contractor/subcontractor bills based on measurements, BOQ and actual work.
- Monitor construction costs against the approved budget and identify variations or cost overruns.
- Maintain project-wise cost,



quantity and expenditure records.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants and site teams.
- Identify delays, material shortages and cost-related issues and proactively report them to management.

Required Skills

- 3–6 years of relevant construction experience in billing, planning, procurement and/or cost control.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis and contractor billing.
- Good understanding of construction materials and procurement.
- Strong MS Excel skills; MS Project/Primavera knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong coordination, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proactive, responsible and capable of independently handling site-related responsibilities.

- Significant Requirement? Candidates must currently be based in Pune and be willing to work full-time on-site at Spine Road, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune. Candidates who are not currently based in Pune but are willing to relocate may also be considered, subject to the role requirements.
