Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing Executive with hospitality industry experience to handle guest billing, invoices, payments, and daily billing reconciliation for hotel/resort operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process guest bills, invoices, and receipts accurately.
- Handle billing for Rooms, Restaurant/F&B;, Banquets, Events, and other hotel services.
- Verify room charges, food bills, discounts, taxes, and additional services.
- Coordinate with Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping, and Accounts teams.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, credit, and other payment transactions.
- Verify guest folios and ensure all charges are correctly posted.
- Process corporate/company billing and credit bills as required.
- Perform daily billing reconciliation and cash closing.
- Maintain billing records and supporting documents.
- Handle billing corrections, cancellations, refunds, and adjustments as per company policy.




- Prepare daily billing and collection reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable GST and hotel billing procedures.
- Resolve guest billing queries professionally.
- Support the Accounts team during month-end closing and audits.

Required Skills
- Mandatory Hospitality / Hotel / Resort experience.
- Knowledge of hotel billing and guest folio management.
- Good knowledge of GST, invoices, receipts, and payment processing.
- Experience with hotel billing/POS/PMS software is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong numerical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends/holidays.

Mandatory Requirement Candidates must have prior Billing / Cashier / Accounts Billing experience in Hotels, Resorts, Hospitality Groups, or similar hospitality establishments.

Pay: ₹10,022.57 - ₹20,000.00 per month
