Role Description The Billing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This position is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and processing invoices related to telecom infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy and timely billing. The role includes maintaining billing records, reconciling discrepancies, coordinating with finance and operations teams, and following up on payments when required.
The Billing
Executive will verify project documents, update billing statuses in internal systems, and support monthly and quarterly reporting. The role also involves communicating with internal stakeholders and, when needed, clients to clarify billing details and support smooth financial operations.
Qualifications
- Robust understanding of billing process and invoicing, with the ability to manage multiple billing cycles.
- Solid analytical skills to review data, identify discrepancies,
and support accurate financial reporting.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of finance principles relevant to billing and accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing or accounting software.
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in billing, telecom, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
