We are seeking a highly accurate and detail-oriented Billing Executive to oversee our invoicing, payment processing, and accounts receivable. You will be responsible for calculating charges, issuing invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring all financial records are perfectly maintained. The ideal candidate ensures our billing operations are highly efficient, client disputes are resolved professionally, and revenue is tracked transparently.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Generate, verify, and issue accurate invoices to clients based on services rendered.
- Process incoming payments across various channels (bank transfers) and reconcile them against customer accounts.
- Monitor accounts receivable and proactively follow up on past-due invoices to ensure timely collections.
- Maintain and update internal financial databases, customer ledgers, and billing software.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports detailing revenue collection,
outstanding debts, and billing metrics.
Qualifications & Experience:-
- Proven experience working as a Billing Executive, Accounts Receivable Clerk, or similar financial role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and formulas (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. (Preferred)
